- My name is Kory Skolnick and I've been in business for over 15 years. I am a Hawaii licensed Condo Hotel Operator, Hawaii license # 292. If you're looking for one person to handle all your management expectations, I am your guy! I am NOT a large Real Estate broker managing 100's of units with constant turnover of Realtors and employees assigning a new agent to your unit every few years. It's me and me only!

I grew into a 14 unit company and constant employees turnover pulled me away from my units. I was constantly having to re assign new agents to units every few years and my owners didn't like getting to know new managers all the time. I will not manage more than 10 units. That's the magic number.
- Former silicon valley web database engineer, Maui Realtor and handyman so there is nothing I can't do for your guests or in your unit. Keeping my company small allows me to personally fix any handyman type of issues myself immediately reducing negative reviews.
- I'll produce 2 separate FREE 4K videos of your unit and use it as advertising plus I now have a drone for property shots. I produce two videos; one is a walk through so the guests have an exact idea of your unit, the other a professional video with transitions, sound and music. All my work is free and it will be posted on our web site, VRBO and our YouTube Channel for maximum exposure of your unit.
- I pay all advertising fees and cleaning fees are collected from the guests.
- I personally visit your unit and offer our guests tours of the unit and property.
- I am 1 of only 15 CHO licenses granted in Maui by the State of Hawaii to manage short term rentals. ( CHO 292)
- The database I designed and created allows me to do your accounting, create monthly simple and customized statements, reports and future booking information.

- Tax collection and payments: For an small additional fee, we file all your GET and TAT taxes or we can include the taxes collected in your monthly statements. Your choice!
